Remodeling Professional NNHAUS Remodeling Raleigh, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $27.86 - $33.55 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Relocation assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Drywall repair Remodeling Baseboard installation Vinyl flooring Tile flooring Wall framing Full Job Description NNHAUS is seeking a dependable Remodeling Technician / General Remodeling Worker to assist with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects throughout the Triangle area. This position is ideal for someone with solid hands-on remodeling experience who can perform a variety of interior construction tasks and is interested in developing additional skills. Primary Responsibilities Install ceramic and porcelain tile Perform drywall installation, patching and repairs Complete minor framing and framing modifications Install baseboards and interior trim Install LVP flooring Perform small carpentry and general remodeling repairs Protect existing finishes and maintain an organized jobsite Complete jobsite cleanup as necessary Assist other trades and project personnel as needed Preferred Additional Skills Kitchen cabinet installation Finish carpentry Basic plumbing knowledge Bathroom remodeling experience Ability to troubleshoot and complete small repairs independently What We're Looking For A reliable person with good workmanship standards, attention to detail, and respect for customers' homes.
