The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and have excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills; home repair skills; drywall & painting skills; scheduling and follow-up techniques.

A positive attitude, and good social skills are essential Must be able to deal with and remain calm in confrontational situations and deal with negativity Previous experience in the home building industry & home repair experience. Experience in drywall repairs and painting A team player that will be able to work closely with Customers, Builders, and Sub-contractors in a fast paced environment. Job Responsibilities Cabinet Touch Ups and Adjustments so doors open & close smoothly, Putty nail holes on Cabinets etc. Drywall & paint repair. Repair or Replace Defective Trim Work, most will be marked but use best judgment. Door Adjustments for uniform reveals & to check every door for proper operation. Install miscellaneous finish trim where it's needed, sometimes installing a prehung door. Caulking door jambs and casing to hard flooring surfaces for a clean look. Silicone/Caulk Kitchen & Bathroom Splashes/Tops to Drywall. Installing Window Screens & Slider Door screens Install appliances & check that all are fully functional. Floors have not been damaged during construction. All hardware, such as locks, hinges, and handles, work correctly. All equipment can be accounted for. HVAC systems work properly The work site has been clean from dust and debris. All plumbing systems work accurately. No leaks are detected. There has been no damage to the building. Windows open and shut smoothly. All lights work correctly. Paint colors and textures are accurate. Exterior caulking & weather sealing. Coordinate and schedule all other repairs with contractors and customers Follow up, inspect and insure completion of all repairs Hold contractors accountable for results Instruct customers on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicating what items are not warrantable Handle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframes The ability to say "no" and overcome objections in a professional manner Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction Performing minor repairs Ability to proactively identify, analyze, address and resolve problem areas, conflicts and issues; strong decision making skills Benefits 401k and discretionary match after one year Vacation, & Holidays Overview The primary responsibility of the Warranty/Punch Representative is to assist with customer service operations to include completion of warranty work, claims, and returns, to ensure builder and home-owner satisfaction. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
