Job Description
Property management company seeking an experienced, reliable contractor for recurring apartment turnover and renovation projects. Must be experienced in general construction, plumbing repairs, basic electrical work, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry and apartment renovations. This is project-based work. Compensation is agreed upon per project based on scope of work. We have standard price sheet + scope-of-work estimate for each apartment . Contractor must have own truck/van, tools and equipment and be able to travel between properties. Consistent work available for the right contractor.
