Harmony Support LLC is a DDD-approved provider agency offering person-centered support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to assist with individual support.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday :

3PM - 7 PM and Saturday - Sunday 12PM-8PM Responsibilities Assist individuals with development/intellectual disability with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, personal hygiene and household tasks. Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs and preferences. Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering positive relationships. Monitor health and safety conditions, reporting any concerns or changes in behavior to the appropriate personnel. Ensuring the safety of both the individual and yourself. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for those you support. Requirements Ability to work independently and responsibly. Must pass all background checks as required by DDD. Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred but not required Understanding of working with individuals on the autism spectrum is highly desirable. Ability to follow care plans accurately while being flexible to adapt as needed. Ensure a safe and supportive environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
