Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring flawless finishes on a variety of flooring projects. Your expertise will contribute to creating durable, high-quality floors that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial spaces to residential remodels, utilizing your skills in flooring installation and restoration. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes Follow blueprints, schematics, and project plans to meet precise design requirements Perform surface repairs such as filling cracks, caulking gaps, and restoring damaged areas before coating application Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks, maintain safety standards, and meet project deadlines Experience Proven experience in flooring installation, specifically with epoxy coatings or similar surface treatments Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and floor care techniques Hands-on experience with tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and concrete finishing is highly desirable Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and general remodeling projects Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for construction painting, buffing, fixture installation, and carpentry tasks Previous construction site experience with an emphasis on safety protocols and quality workmanship is essential Additional experience in the restoration industry or handyman work will be considered a strong asset Join our team to help transform spaces with precision craftsmanship!
