We are a local apartment management company with roughly 100 units mainly around the Norwood area. We are looking to add renovation technicians to our current crew. Your main role will be to help renovate apartments in our portfolio. The skills we are looking for include but are not limited to: Carpentry Flooring Fixture installation Electrical/plumbing knowledge Drywall/painting Trim work It is ok if you are not proficient in all of these skills. Pay will be based on skill level, and bonuses are offered for work completed on/before expected timelines and at/above expected quality. We are a small company with one owner who is eager to grow.
