The Good Son is looking for someone with a positive team attitude ready to help retirees, homeowners and small business owners maintain their homes or offices. This job involves everything from light construction to painting to cleaning gutters in the pouring rain or hot sun. Female or male candidates must be able to carry and maneuver #60 bags of concrete occasionally, 5 gallon pails of paint, work on ladders and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills. Pay will be based on experience, great customer service and ability to learn on the job, starting between $18-25/hour. Part time or Full time available, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Responsibilities:

Hang pictures Install Door knobs and locks Work on roofs and some heights Assemble furniture Perform carpentry work such as framing, drywall, and trim work Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, caulking, and cleaning Qualifications Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Ability to perform a variety of handyman tasks, including repairs and maintenance Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
