You are leading and engaging young professionals; therefore, you are grooming them to be waitstaff who exceed expectations.

This includes:

Providing all training and mentorship as the direct supervisor Managing the server schedules Excel at the organization of keeping the dining room running smoothly. Own the hiring process as well as any disciplinary actions Enjoy working with a diverse staff and creating positive experiences for others through excellent customer service Collaborate with multiple teams and departments for special events and to creatively vary our residents' dining experience What we offer Full-time and full benefits with competitive pay A family-oriented culture and pleasant workplace Steady and reliable workload Uncompromised work-life balance compared to the food industry This is a full-time position @ 40hrs/week. The work schedule is Sunday
