You:

Complete apartment turns and make-ready work ahead of resident move-ins Handle painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general punch work Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Make sure every home meets our quality and safety standards before move-in Support the maintenance team with service requests and community appearance Keep the turn schedule moving and communicate clearly with the site team

What We Need From You:

Experience in apartment maintenance, make-ready, construction, handyman, or a related trade Working knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical Appliance repair experience is a strong plus — we're willing to train the right person Strong attention to detail and a follow-through mindset Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently Why Morgan?
