This role is focused on helping guests enjoy interactive challenge room activities in a fun, safe, and organized environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, comfortable speaking with guests, and able to keep groups engaged while explaining rules and assisting with activities. This is a guest-facing position, so strong customer service skills are important. Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, restaurants, or bars is welcomed and encouraged. Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide a friendly customer experience Check guests in and assist with basic front-of-house needs Explain challenge room rules, activities, and safety expectations Lead guests through games, activities, and group experiences Help maintain a fun, organized, and safe environment Monitor guest activity and assist when needed Help reset, clean, and prepare rooms between groups Support parties, events, and group bookings Communicate with team members to keep operations running smoothly Assist with general venue cleanup and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
