We help homeowners protect, maintain, and improve their homes through proactive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and remodeling projects. Our clients trust us because we make homeownership easier. From changing a light fixture to coordinating a kitchen remodel, we strive to be the first call for anything around the home. We're looking for a Painter who takes pride in flawless finish work, respects our clients' homes, and wants to build long-term relationships with clients—not just complete work orders. About the Role As a Painter, you'll deliver high-end residential painting throughout the Nashville area while serving as the eyes and ears of TMC inside our clients' homes. No two days are the same. One week you may be repainting a primary suite or refreshing trim throughout a home. The next you could be painting cabinetry, touching up after a remodel, or completing exterior work before the owner's arrival. Beyond completing beautiful work, you'll identify maintenance concerns before they become larger problems and communicate opportunities to your Service Manager. What You'll Do Responsibilities include: Interior and exterior painting in high-end residential homes Thorough surface preparation: patching, sanding, caulking, priming, and masking Drywall repair and texture matching Trim, door, and cabinet painting with a fine finish Staining and sealing where needed Color matching and touch-up work Protect furnishings, floors, and finishes in occupied homes Support remodeling projects with paint and finish work Document work with photos and notes in our field software Communicate recommendations to your Service Manager Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every visit What Makes Someone Successful Our best painters: Take pride in craftsmanship and crisp, clean lines Show up on time Communicate professionally Leave every home cleaner than they found it Think proactively Notice small issues before they become expensive repairs Take ownership without needing constant supervision Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in residential painting, ideally in high-end or occupied homes Skilled in surface prep, brush and roller work, and spray application Comfortable working independently Organized and dependable Professional in high-end homes Customer-focused Comfortable using smartphones and mobile software Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience with drywall repair, cabinet finishing, or general carpentry is highly valued.
