Arlington, TX 76018. Full-time weekday schedule with Saturday turn coverage when assigned. M Group Residential is hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician who takes pride in turning vacant apartments into clean, complete, move-in-ready homes. What you will do

• Complete apartment turns to the assigned schedule
• Perform paint touch-ups, caulking, drywall patching, and punch-list repairs
• Replace appliances, blinds, hardware, fixtures, and smoke detectors
• Clean and detail apartments for the final quality walk
• Correct punch items promptly and report unit status daily Required
• Hands-on repair, punch, hotel maintenance, construction, or apartment-turn experience
• Comfort with basic paint, drywall patching, caulking, and fixture replacement
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance Preferred
• Multifamily make-ready or unit-turn experience
• Appliance and plumbing-fixture replacement experience
