Pay:
Starting at $20/hour, based on experience About the Role We are hiring one full-time team member to join our crew installing high-end architectural finishes — microcement, Venetian plaster, limewash, metallic finishes, and epoxy. You'll be working on premium residential and commercial projects where craftsmanship matters. What You'll Do Prep surfaces, mix materials, and apply trowel-finished coatings to floors, walls, and ceilings Paint prep, priming, and finish work on interior projects Protect job sites, keep work areas clean, and load/unload materials Follow lead installer direction and our installation specs What We're Looking For Prior painting experience (residential or commercial) Trowel skills — plaster, stucco, skim coat, drywall finishing, microcement, or similar hand-troweled finish work Local candidates only — must live within commuting distance and reliably arrive on time Valid driver's license required Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand/kneel/reach for extended periods Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented What We Offer $20/hour starting pay (raises based on skill and reliability) W-2 employment — taxes handled, not 1099 Full-time consistent hours Paid on-the-job training in microcement and specialty finishes Growth path into lead installer roles How to Apply Apply through Indeed with a short note about your painting or trowel experience.
