Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, contracts, and construction plans to guide remodeling projects accurately Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit of fixtures and materials Install cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and other building materials with attention to detail Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on construction sites Follow specifications and schematics to execute remodeling tasks according to design intent Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project Manage demolition, restoration, and installation processes including installation, roofing, stucco, plastering, caulking, and painting Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is realized while providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle Experience Proven construction management experience with a focus on residential remodeling projects Extensive background in kitchen and bathroom renovation, including fixture installation and building material installation Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate execution of plans Hands-on work with tile laying, trim carpentry, framing, door hanging, plumbing, glass installation, and drywall finishing Familiarity with construction estimating practices and construction site safety protocols Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, and tile setting Strong proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, ladders safely and effectively Join us in creating beautiful living spaces!
