CAST Home Builders is a general contracting company based in Lehi, serving Utah County and the Wasatch Back. We specialize in bathroom remodels, along with general remodeling and basement finishing. We're looking for a full-time W2 employee with solid general construction/remodeling experience — someone who's worked across multiple parts of a job (not just one trade) and can take on tasks with minimal supervision. You should have experience with most of the following: General remodeling: demo, drywall repair, trim/finish carpentry Flooring and/or tile installation (bathroom tile, floor tile, LVP) Reading a scope of work and executing without step-by-step direction Nice to have (not required): Basic plumbing or electrical exposure (fixture swaps, outlet work) Experience with waterproofing systems (Schluter/Kerdi, RedGard) for bathroom work Spanish language skills a plus — much of our crew primarily speaks

Spanish Compensation:

$22-$28/hr, based on experience

Full-time, W2 Apply with a brief description of your construction/remodeling background, including any flooring or tile experience.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
