Red Rock Construction & Remodel is a growing construction and remodeling company looking for a Drywall & Mud Worker to join our team. We work on residential remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, repairs, and full-home renovations. We are looking for someone with experience in drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing who takes pride in clean, quality work. Experience in other areas of construction is a plus, especially painting, flooring, carpentry, framing, or general remodeling . What You'll Do Install, repair, and finish drywall Tape, mud, sand, and prepare surfaces for texture and paint Repair drywall after plumbing, electrical, and remodeling work Match existing textures and finishes when possible Keep work areas clean and organized Follow project scopes and instructions Work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For Experience with drywall, taping, mudding, and finishing Good attention to detail and quality Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Able to follow directions and work well with a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with painting, flooring, carpentry, framing, or general construction is a plus, but not required What We Offer Starting pay: $20/hour , based on experience and skill level Consistent work with a growing remodeling company Great opportunities for growth Professional and organized work environment Opportunity to learn and develop additional construction skills Bi-weekly pay Specialized skills are a plus, but we're willing to work with the right person who has a good attitude, works hard, and wants to grow with the company.
