In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across residential, commercial, hospitality, and post-construction settings. You will work in occupied buildings, various properties, and active or completed construction sites, ensuring every space is clean, safe, and move-in ready. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help deliver exceptional results while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, commercial buildings, and post-construction job sites using appropriate cleaning tools and products. Complete post-construction and final cleaning by removing dust, debris, stickers, paint overspray, and other construction residue from surfaces, fixtures, windows, and floors. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Clean interior windows, cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures, and other detailed surfaces. Assist with outdoor tasks, including trash removal, maintaining entrances, and cleaning exterior areas when necessary. Safely work on active and completed construction sites while following all company and job site safety requirements. Organize cleaning supplies, maintain equipment, and notify management of maintenance or safety concerns. Follow assigned schedules and ensure all work meets company quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in residential, commercial, janitorial, housekeeping, or post-construction cleaning is preferred but not required. Ability to safely lift cleaning equipment and perform physically demanding work, including bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Professional communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Comfortable working in residential properties, commercial buildings, and active construction environments.
