Job Description
Job Summary English and spanish speaker. Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker, where your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will help bring building projects to life! In this role, you'll be actively involved in various phases of construction, including site preparation, sheetrock work, drywall and matching existing texture work and finishing touches. We need someone that can do drywall patches, deliver material, pick up material, and take care of vehicles. Day to day will be very very busy Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including material staging and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling construction components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for Drywall, Taping, and Matching existing texture. Support renovation and restoration projects by executing carpentry tasks such as trim work, framing, metal stud framing, and caulking Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating tools like concrete mixers, pumps, saws, drills, and other power tools Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately for various construction activities Familiarity with masonry work including bricklaying or stucco application is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Join us if you're eager to build a career in construction where safety meets craftsmanship!
