Duties Apply drywall mudding, taping, texturing, and finishing techniques to create seamless surfaces ready for painting or other finishes Install drywall panels accurately according to construction plans and schematics using hand tools and power tools Repair damaged drywall surfaces and perform water damage restoration to maintain project integrity Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and finishing work Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trades to coordinate framing, metal stud framing, door hanging, and fixture installation Follow construction safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment on-site Perform drywall sanding, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry to achieve high-quality finishes Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on drywall installation, taping, mudding, texturing, and repair Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools (trowels, knives, sanders) and power tools used in drywall finishing Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Experience working on construction sites with multiple trades involved in remodeling or new builds Familiarity with related skills such as flooring installation, tile laying, painting (including airless paint spraying), plumbing (including water damage restoration), masonry, stucco application, and fixture installation is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to interpret construction plans and schematics efficiently for accurate execution Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment!
