Full Job Description Job Title:

Restoration Helper Duties & Responsibilities Assist with onsite inspections and job setup , working under the direction of the Project Manager, Crew Chief, or Lead Technician Document losses by taking clear and descriptive job site photos and uploading them into the company's operating system/software Follow direction from project leadership regarding scope of work and required tasks Help with contents packout and packback under supervision Use company-provided tools and mobile software to assist with inventory recording and job tracking Support the team by moving equipment, materials, and supplies as directed Communicate effectively with project leadership to ensure all assigned tasks are completed safely and on time Maintain clean and organized workspaces on job sites Comply with safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required Physical Demands and Working Conditions Move up to 70 pounds frequently by lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects Stand and walk for extended periods; lifting, squatting, crawling, and crouching required Express or exchange information and follow detailed instructions Wear a properly fitted respirator for safety when required Work in indoor and outdoor environments , which may vary in temperature and condition (with or without air conditioning/heating)
