Job Description

  • Job Title:
    Technician Helper / Lead Technician Assistant
  • Location:
    North Haven CT
  • Pay:
    $22 per hour
  • Schedule:
    Sunday-Friday | Saturday Off
  • We are looking for a reliable and hardworking
  • Technician Helper
  • to work alongside our Lead Technician and assist with daily jobs. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, comfortable with physical work, and
  • not afraid of heights
  • . Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Technician on daily jobs and service calls
  • Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials
  • Help with installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Work safely on ladders and at elevated heights when required
  • Prepare and clean work areas before and after each job
  • Keep tools, equipment, and the work vehicle clean and organized
  • Follow instructions and company safety procedures
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and on ladders
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • Able to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials
  • Able to perform physical, hands-on work
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Previous technician-helper, construction, installation, or maintenance experience is a plus
  • Compensation & Schedule:
  • $22 .00 per hour
  • Sunday through Friday
  • Saturday off
  • On-the-job training
