Responsibilities Prefabricate and assemble floor trusses in a manufacturing setting Operate tools and equipment safely to ensure quality Read and interpret measurements using tape measures Work on-site in a fast-paced, team environment Support the production of wall panels and roof/truss components Qualifications Ability to read a tape measure and understand measurements Capable of physically demanding tasks like standing, lifting, and moving materials Prior carpentry or framing experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Reliable with good attention to detail Skills Load/unload, sawing, rough-in carpentry, framing, carpentry Experience with prefab building components and wall/floor trusses Proficient in reading tape measures Familiarity with building wall panels and structural assembly Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
