We are seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Apprentice to join our growing Home Services company. The position will primarily involve assisting with residential and commercial electrical work, including wiring heating and cooling equipment, panel upgrades, repairs, replacements, renovations, and new construction. The ideal candidate will have some prior electrical experience and be looking to continue developing their skills while working alongside and under the direction of licensed electricians. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn, and is committed to providing quality workmanship and professional customer service. Responsibilities Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. Assist with wiring heating, cooling, and other home comfort equipment. Assist with electrical panel upgrades and modifications as directed. Perform electrical repairs, replacements, renovations, and new construction work under the supervision of a licensed electrician. Read and understand basic electrical plans, drawings, and schematics. Learn and apply Electrical Code. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team members. Follow direction from the supervising electrician and work as part of a team. Continue developing electrical knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and training.

Skills:

Completion of or enrollment in an electrical trade school or apprenticeship program. Previous residential or commercial electrical experience preferred. Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and tools. Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
