Position Summary We are hiring a Countertop Installation Helper to support our installation team in delivering high-quality results on job sites. This is a hands-on role where you will assist experienced installers with transporting materials, preparing job sites, and helping install countertops. It is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow within the company. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting countertop materials Support installers with job site preparation and setup Help measure, position, and fit materials during installation Carry tools and materials to and from work areas Clean and organize job sites before and after installations Follow all safety procedures and handle materials properly Learn installation techniques and support the team as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Construction or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required Able to lift up to 100 lbs using proper technique Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Willing to learn and take direction Positive and team-oriented Hardworking and hands-on Takes pride in doing quality work Work Environment Work takes place on job sites and outdoors Exposure to varying weather conditions Physical work including lifting, bending, and moving materials Why Work at Top Advantage Surfaces?
