Overview - We are currently hiring for a part-time Electrician Helper position. We work on both residential and commercial projects throughout Orange County. This position is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to learn and gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade. It can also be a stepping stone for those who want to gain experience before applying to a larger company with higher pay, or for those who are currently on a waiting list to join the union. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, learn, and gain real-world experience in the electrical trade. Duties Assist licensed electricians with electrical systems installation, including wiring, conduit bending, and conduit installation on construction sites. Help maintain compliance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standard for electrical safety) and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards during all work activities. Follow strict electrical safety procedures to ensure personal safety and prevent hazards on construction sites. Support the installation of low voltage systems and commercial electrical systems under supervision. Assist with the organization of materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Construction site experience demonstrating ability to work safely in active environments is beneficial. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
