KP Staffing Pasadena is now hiring Shipping Helpers in Baytown, TX! Job Summary The shipping helper will assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing steel pipe and tubular products in a yard or warehouse environment. This role supports material handling activities, prepares pipe for shipping or storage, and works safely around equipment and elevated storage areas. Pay $16 per hour Shift 1st shift: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday - Friday (weekends if needed) Duties Assist in loading, unloading, and moving steel pipe and tubular products Perform frequent heavy lifting and manual handling of pipe, bundles, and materials Support forklift, crane, and wheel loader operators during material movement activities Stack, band, and organize pipe in designated yard or warehouse locations Apply caps, protectors, dunnage, and packaging materials to pipe as required Clean, prepare, and stage pipe for shipping, receiving, or storage Climb ladders, pipe racks, and elevated structures to assist with material handling and organization Assist in accessing upper levels of pipe storage racks for loading and unloading operations Work safely at heights while following company safety procedures and fall protection requirements Qualifications Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting and manual handling of pipe, bundles, and materials Ability to climb ladders, pipe racks, and elevated structures Ability to work safely at heights Ability to follow company safety procedures and fall protection requirements Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Pasadena for an in-person interview call/text 346-388-2029.
