Having been bought by new owners in 2022, our goal is to build a strong and successful residential and commercial HVAC and Electrical company, while providing an excellent work space for employees. Our offered services include residential and commercial service and install, new construction HVAC and Electrical, and fireplace installation and service. Position Overview We're seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician who's ready to learn the trade and grow with our team. Under the supervision of a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician, you'll gain hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair while completing your apprenticeship training. Responsibilities Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and fixtures Pull wire, bend conduit, and mount electrical boxes and panels Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams under supervision Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations Learn and apply the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards Requirements Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Ability to lift [50 lbs], climb ladders, and work in various conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass background check Must be willing to travel Must be willing to work overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications Prior construction or electrical experience a plus OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available if not certified) What We Offer Competitive pay with raises as you progress through your apprenticeship Paid on-the-job training Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement to Journeyman and beyond Supportive team environment focused on mentorship and safety
