Residential Remodeling Helper (Entry-Level)

Job Summary We're a small, family-owned remodeling company looking for a reliable helper to assist with day-to-day work in client homes. This is a hands-on helper role — you will be working directly alongside us, not independently.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a real-time support role focused on keeping the job moving efficiently. You'll be working directly alongside Phil and are expected to: Stay nearby and ready — not off doing your own thing Pay attention to what's happening and jump in when needed Grab tools, materials, or supplies quickly and correctly Assist during installs (holding, lifting, positioning, etc.) Help set up and break down work areas Keep the job site clean and organized throughout the day This role requires being proactive, quick, and responsive — your job is to help Phil keep moving without delays.

What We Need:

Shows up on time, every day Reliable transportation and ability to get to job sites Communicates clearly — especially if something comes up Follows instructions fully (not halfway) Completes tasks from start to finish (not just part of the job) Works productively and efficiently throughout the day Helps keep the job site running smoothly and efficiently Strong work ethic and stays engaged without constant reminders Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, being on your feet) Respectful to team members and clients at all times Willing to learn, but okay starting with the basics
