Full-time Full-time Position Overview:

First Neighborhood Bank is seeking a customer-focused and motivated individual to join our Spencer office as a Relationship Banker I / Office Manager. This position is responsible for opening new accounts, assisting with consumer loans, supporting daily branch operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Opening and maintaining deposit accounts Assisting customers with consumer loan applications Promoting bank products and services Supporting daily office operations and branch workflow Assisting customers with online and mobile banking Providing back-up teller and customer service support

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred Prior banking, customer service, or lending experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment First Neighborhood Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
