Complete special projects, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, lighting systems, and basic lighting controls. Pull wire and cable, bend and install EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit as required. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications. Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and rooftops while following all OSHA and company safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify, correct, and report safety hazards and code deficiencies. Lead by example while mentoring, training, and supporting apprentices and junior technicians. Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members to ensure successful project completion. Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and career development. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2-5 years of commercial electrical service experience. Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) . Ability to troubleshoot commercial electrical systems efficiently. Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, lighting installations, and electrical controls. Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds , climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
