Job Description

Rinvio is hiring a licensed Lead Commercial Electrician to run an assigned electrical scope in Orange Beach, Alabama. You will lead the crew day to day, coordinate with the site superintendent and other trades, and keep the work safe, accurate, and on schedule. What you'll do: Direct and support the electricians on your scope. Set the daily plan and production targets for the crew. Track manpower, materials, and installation progress. Work from drawings, specifications, and the project schedule. Hold high safety and quality standards. Spot material, manpower, or coordination issues before they slow production. Mentor the crew and keep morale up. Use a company iPad or smartphone for updates and documentation.
What you need:
Active electrician license (journeyman or master preferred). 5+ years leading electrical field work on commercial projects. Strong knowledge of the NEC, local codes, and jobsite safety. Ability to manage people, materials, and quality to hit the schedule.
Pay:
$30-$40 per hour.
