$90 (must reside 60+ miles from the project to qualify)
Start Date:
ASAP Overview Qualified candidates must have 10 years of hands-on experience installing electrical systems, bending conduit, pulling wire, and completing electrical work according to project plans and applicable codes. Job Responsibilities Install electrical wiring, conduit, fixtures, panels, and related electrical components on a commercial construction project. Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install EMT, rigid, and other types of conduit. Pull, route, label, and terminate electrical wiring and conductors. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, drawings, and project specifications. Install electrical supports, boxes, cable trays, raceways, and equipment. Perform electrical terminations and assist with testing and troubleshooting electrical systems. Ensure installations meet NEC requirements, project specifications, and applicable safety standards. Use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, power tools, and conduit-bending equipment safely. Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to maintain project schedules and productivity. Keep work areas organized and follow all jobsite safety procedures. Minimum Qualifications Journeyman-level commercial electrical experience. Proven experience with electrical wiring and conduit bending. Previous experience working on commercial construction projects. Ability to bend and install conduit accurately using hand and mechanical benders. Ability to read electrical blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Knowledge of commercial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code. Must have a valid OSHA 10 certification or be willing to obtain it before starting. Must have the appropriate tools and personal protective equipment required for the project. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with a construction team. Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screening and project onboarding requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry construction materials, tools, and equipment. Ability to climb ladders, work from elevated areas, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work safely in an active commercial construction environment.
