South Orange County, CA $45/hour + 5% Sales Commission We are looking for an experienced electrician for part-time work in South Orange County. Our projects are primarily residential, but commercial electrical experience is required. The Role Perform residential service, remodel and renovation work, including troubleshooting, panels and upgrades, lighting, devices, new circuits, and general electrical installations. You will also occasionally meet with prospective customers to walk jobs, determine electrical scope, take photos and notes, and gather the information needed for pricing. Management will prepare the estimates and proposals. For jobs you help bring in and close, you will earn a 5% commission on the base contract amount, in addition to your hourly field pay. Requirements Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience Commercial electrical experience required Strong troubleshooting skills Able to work independently Professional and comfortable dealing directly with customers Working knowledge of the NEC Own basic electrical hand tools Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Compensation:

$45/hour for field work plus 5% of the base contract on qualifying jobs you help close.
