Job Description
Electrician / Low-Voltage Technician for Residential House
•The task can be done any Tuesday or Thursday 1. Voltage reduction and extending the wire length We are looking for an experienced electrician to modify a garden cistern irrigation system. The system currently runs on a solar-powered battery, but due to reliability issues, we want to convert it to use existing gate power (approx. 110-240V AC to 12V DC).
Scope includes:
Inspect current solar/battery setup Replace or bypass battery system Install proper AC to DC power conversion (transformer/adapter) Ensure safe and stable operation of irrigation controller 2. Additional CCTV installation Install and configure additional security cameras (CCTV), including wiring, mounting, and system integration. Perform troubleshooting, testing The above two tasks can be done on different days but same day is preferred $35~40 per hour depending on the experience.
Requirements:
Experience with low-voltage (12V DC) systems Knowledge of AC to DC power conversion Ability to troubleshoot and rewire existing systems Experience with CCTV installation
