Job Description

Electrician / Low-Voltage Technician for Residential House •The task can be done any Tuesday or Thursday between 28th of August ~ 14th of September. 1. Voltage reduction and extending the wire length We are looking for an experienced electrician to modify a garden cistern irrigation system. The system currently runs on a solar-powered battery, but due to reliability issues, we want to convert it to use existing gate power (approx. 110-240V AC to 12V DC).

Scope includes:

Inspect current solar/battery setup Replace or bypass battery system Install proper AC to DC power conversion (transformer/adapter) Ensure safe and stable operation of irrigation controller 2. Additional CCTV installation Install and configure additional security cameras (CCTV), including wiring, mounting, and system integration. Perform troubleshooting, testing $33 per hour The above two tasks can be done on different days but same day is preferred

Requirements:

Experience with low-voltage (12V DC) systems Knowledge of AC to DC power conversion Ability to troubleshoot and rewire existing systems Experience with CCTV installation
