Overview:
Bell Brothers is seeking a driven and experienced Lead Electric Installer to take ownership of residential electrical projects while helping drive revenue through exceptional service and team leadership. In this role, you'll lead installations, mentor team members, and identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions—turning every customer interaction into a high-quality experience and potential growth opportunity. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Installations Lead residential electrical installations including wiring, panels, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring all work meets safety standards and local building codes Oversee job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to Bell Brothers' quality standards Team Leadership & Development Mentor and support junior electricians and installers, providing guidance, training, and on-the-job coaching Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring safe and effective repairs Serve as the escalation point for challenging service calls Customer Experience & Revenue Growth Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication, professionalism, and trust-building Identify opportunities for system upgrades, enhancements, or additional services that add value for the customer Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to support revenue growth Operational Excellence Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, materials, and recommendations Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures Continuous Improvement Stay current on electrical codes, technologies, and best practices Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience in residential electrical installation, with leadership or lead-level responsibilities preferred
Licensing:
Valid electrician's license/certification per local and state requirements
Skills:
Strong technical expertise in residential electrical systems Leadership and team development skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions; must have strong physical stamina and dexterity
