PERFORMANCE ELECTRIC

is seeking skilled and dedicated Commercial Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics, as well as the ability to work with high and low voltage systems. Duties Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize voltmeters and other testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues. Work with high voltage systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Perform low voltage wiring for various applications including logic controllers. Collaborate with other tradespeople on renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical work. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement. Assist in building modifications, including frame carpentry as necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with voltmeters and other diagnostic tools. Experience working with both high voltage and low voltage systems. Ability to perform maintenance person tasks related to electrical installations and renovations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Valid electrician's license or certification is preferred.
