Accounting / Compliance Officer- (Part Time/Full Time) Must possess advanced QuickBooks proficiency and enjoy working with Team Members, Franchise Owners and Customers. Must have ability to communicate in email and possess great verbal ability on the phone. This part-time or full-time position will entail billing customers, receiving payments, preparing franchisee remittances and maintaining inventory items. Duties will also include helping franchisees maintain compliance with California laws, rules and regulations. Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus!

Educational requirements:

Four year college degree or AA degree with a long history of B to B work experience. QuickBooks expertise or equivalent is a Must! This is a part-time or full- time position base upon mutual need or accommodation. The full-time position includes company sponsored health plan, vacation, PTO and 401(k).

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
