Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Lead Electrician/Foreman to oversee electrical construction projects within the commercial and infrastructure sectors. Your expertise in construction management, technical drawing interpretation, and team supervision will drive project success from start to finish. Duties Lead, supervise, and coordinate electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance. Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to accurately interpret project requirements. Manage project schedules using construction management software such as Procore Oversee the procurement and management of materials, including conduit, wiring, switchgear, and other electrical components. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets all safety regulations (OSHA and federal standards) and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Supervise the installation of electrical systems for heavy industrial projects, or commercial facilities while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. Review contracts and manage change orders to ensure scope compliance and budget control. Enforce construction safety management practices across all activities to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management, including supervising teams in complex electrical projects. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans with precision. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, federal construction safety standards, and construction safety management practices. Skilled in using construction management software such as ProCore. Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, procurement processes, and contract administration within a construction environment. Excellent communication skills for managing crews effectively and coordinating with project stakeholders. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, project scheduling, quality control procedures, and managing construction schedules. Proven track record supervising large teams on heavy industrial or commercial projects involving pipeline work or infrastructure development. Ability to interpret technical specifications accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and quality assurance.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
