Responsibilities Install commercial electrical systems for solar PV projects. Install and maintain battery energy storage systems (BESS). Install Tesla Superchargers and other DC fast charging infrastructure. Read and interpret construction drawings, one-line diagrams, and electrical plans. Install conduit, wire, switchgear, panels, transformers, and associated electrical equipment. Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to deliver high-quality installations. Qualifications Current California Certified General Electrician (Journeyman) License required. Commercial electrical construction experience required. Experience with commercial solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging, or DC fast charging is highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and one-line diagrams. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license.
