Job Description
THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY.
Pay:
$28.67/ weekly pay Schedule Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30PM Overtime:
May be required as needed Responsibilities Test and evaluate prototype sprinkler systems and components Examine and inspect prototypes to ensure they meet safety and testing requirements Perform testing procedures while following established safety protocols Accurately document test results, observations, measurements, and findings Assist with examining and troubleshooting equipment during testing Assist with and perform repairs and maintenance on test tanks, pumps, piping, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment Identify potential equipment issues and communicate findings to appropriate personnel Assist with setup, operation, testing, and breakdown of testing equipment Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Wear all required PPE while performing testing and maintenance activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work effectively in a very loud industrial environment Perform work in both very hot and very cold conditions Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Assist the team with additional testing, maintenance, and facility duties as assigned Qualifications / Requirements Previous experience in HVAC, maintenance, landscaping, quality assurance, mechanical, electrical, or a related field preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document test results Comfortable working around loud equipment and machinery Comfortable working in hot and cold environments Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and work for extended periods Comfortable working around mechanical, electrical, piping, pumps, and testing equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures PPE is required Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime when needed Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality Why Work for Adecco?
