Residential Electrician

• $45 to $60/hour (W-2), full medical, dental and vision, paid vacation and PTO, mileage reimbursement, and a 9/80 schedule: 9-hour days with every other Friday off. Small crew, high-end residential work, steady year-round
• not gig-to-gig.

Anthony Lewis Inc. (Building and Electrical) is a design-build remodeling company based in San Jose. We are hiring two experienced residential electricians for high-end remodels, additions, ADUs, and new custom homes across the South Bay and Peninsula (San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Palo Alto, Menlo Park and nearby). You'll do hands-on electrical work from rough-in through finish, working directly with our Head Electrician and Project Manager. What you'll do:

• Read electrical plans, reflected ceiling plans, and fixture schedules; flag missing information before starting work
• Rough-in and finish: wiring, boxes, branch circuits, receptacles, switches, lighting, dedicated appliance circuits
• Panel and service upgrades, subpanels, EV charger circuits
• Clean device and fixture layouts, clear circuit labeling, orderly work areas in occupied high-end homes
• Troubleshoot with test equipment and explain findings to the team
• Coordinate with framing, plumbing, HVAC and other trades; flag conflicts early
• Work to NEC and local code, approved plans, and jobsite safety procedures What we need:
• 5+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience
• Reliable vehicle to get to job sites (truck or van preferred) and your own hand and power tools
• Authorized to work in the US
• Comfortable communicating in English with the team, homeowners, and inspectors
• Detail-oriented, code-conscious work

• Journeyman card is a plus, not required.

High-end remodel, panel/service upgrade, or EV charging experience is a plus. Spanish is a plus.

Pay and benefits:
