About Us ES Solar is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, dedicated to delivering clean, reliable, and affordable energy to residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to sustainability. Position Summary The service electrician is responsible for completing all service calls on their schedule in a timely manner. They will fill out all required paperwork in our system the same day as the job is completed, and upload the required photos. The work will involve troubleshooting residential solar equipment and their associated AC components. It will often involve getting on a roof for sections of the day. You will work in a two-man team at all times. Diagnose optimizer, microinverter, MCI, and string based solar systems Diagnose electrical oddities including voltage variations, and residential code violations Gain an understanding of both DC and AC

  • coupled battery systems Complete and maintain and required manufacturer certifications Work with inspectors as necessary to finalize projects Ensure safe practices are followed daily while working on the roof Complete all service calls as assigned by the monitoring specialists Take good notes on all jobs, including detailed description of work done, pictures when possible, and upload them to the ticket associated with the job.

Be proactive about free time making sure that it is spent efficiently and helping the team. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager Qualifications

  • REQUIRED MINIMUM
  • ET license Preferred Residential Electrician license Preferred PV installation experience Willingness to work on roofs Detail oriented and time management skills Problem solving Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Affinity for technology Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Starting Pay $26•30 Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Company vehicle availability or mileage reimbursement Ongoing training and certification opportunities Advancement potential in a rapidly growing industry
Schedule:

Monday

  • Friday 8-4pm average Willing to work overtime when necessary
Pay:

$26.00

  • $30.

00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
