The Maintenance/Skilled Craftsman plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of facility equipment and infrastructure across various industrial and commercial settings. This position involves performing skilled maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on mechanical, electrical, and structural components to minimize downtime and extend asset life. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to prevent equipment failures. The craftsman will collaborate closely with maintenance teams and management to prioritize work orders and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to the smooth functioning of operations by maintaining a reliable and safe working environment.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a skilled craftsman or maintenance technician in an industrial or commercial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and manuals. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.Benefits :
