Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair existing electrical equipment for both commercial and residential projects; Diagnose, install, and repair storage systems, electrical components, and EV chargers for commercial and residential properties; Determine the condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs; Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects; Evaluate customer requests, provide work order descriptions, and price projects for commercial and residential customers; Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner; Communicate and document progress to customers and relevant employees; Work with CRM software (ServiceTitan); Follow established processes and procedures for commercial and residential works; Follow safe work practices, prioritizing the safety of both the customer and oneself.

Job Requirements:

Electrical Experience:

2 years in USA as needed; Good driving record and valid driver license as needed; Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed; Professional appearance and demeanor; Positive attitude; Team player who can work independently; We offer: W-2 employment Full-time work Health Benefits 401K Average earnings: $35 - $50 per hour, depending on experience, technical skills, productivity, and performance. Compensation structure includes base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses.
