Job Overview We are seeking a full-time Industrial Electrician & PLC Technician to join our maintenance team. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, maintaining plant machinery, and programming or troubleshooting PLC systems. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform all tasks in a safe manner and adhere to all safety rules and procedures Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company-specific safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area Comply with all food safety policies and PPE requirements Review and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions to determine cause and solution Perform electrical wiring, repairs, modifications, and upgrades as needed Monitor plant equipment to identify and prevent potential issues Conduct emergency repairs efficiently to minimize downtime Repair or monitor broken machine parts Rebuild and repair drive motors as required Remain familiar with all plant electrical equipment and systems Preferred Qualifications & Skills 1+ year experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting 1+ year as a licensed or certified industrial electrician 1+ year experience in industrial maintenance Strong understanding of electrical controls, motor drives, and industrial wiring Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation Troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems Key Requirements Physically able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting tasks. Willingness to learn Associate's degree or higher Must be able to work in a factory environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and improve. Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues. Compensation •Overtime available
