We're looking for a full time reliable Residential Electrician with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This is a customer-facing position, and our electricians are the face of our company in our customers' homes. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, safety-conscious, communicates well with customers, and takes pride in both their work and how they represent the company. What You'll Do Install can/recessed lighting, custom lighting, and residential electrical fixtures Install EV chargers Perform residential electrical troubleshooting and repairs Complete panel upgrades and sub-panel installations Install and wire 120V/240V outlets and circuits Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job specifications Communicate job status and progress clearly to customers and the operations team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow NEC requirements, local electrical codes, and company safety standards What We're Looking For 1-2 years of hands-on residential electrical experience Basic understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Experience using standard electrical tools and equipment Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, homeowners, and the operations team, both verbally and in writing Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance consistent with company dress, grooming, and safety standards for a customer-facing residential service position Reliable, punctual, and able to represent the company professionally while on job sites Valid driver's license and driving record that meets the Company's job-related and insurance requirements Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check following a conditional offer of employment, where permitted by applicable law. Must have own basic hand tools and cordless drill Electrical trainee card. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
