Exceed Electrical is Hiring Journeymen and Foremen in Colorado! •Pre-Employment Survey Required•Please copy and paste the short survey link (it will take you less than 10 minutes to complete) into your browser to begin: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/4wFW2zo5utqn Journeyman Responsibilities will include: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, power, lighting, control systems. Quality electrical installation and mechanical tasks Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment Understanding of local electrical codes and regulations Review and plan appropriate material procurement for assigned task Assist field supervisors relay daily tasks, plan material needs, and assist apprentices with questions or concerns they have Lead apprentices by demonstrating installation in a workmanlike manor, reinforce NEC requirements, and keep safe work practices as the highest priority Lead by example and challenge all employees to achieve excellence Foreman Responsibilities will include: Responsible for the safety and field labor on assigned project Foreman project scope around $750K General Foreman project scope $750K - 5M with 8 to 20 crew members Quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities Review and plan appropriate material procurement for assigned project Ability to run a project according to planned productivity budget Complete layout of electrical distribution, power, lighting, and all special systems for assigned project Review project schedule daily with notations of any delays, changes, or deficiencies to the project management team Supervise, evaluate, and develop lead journeymen, journeymen, and apprentices Lead by example and challenge all employees to achieve excellence
Required Qualifications:
Must hold an active Colorado Journeyman or Master's License Knowledge and compliance of safety regulations and procedures Knowledge and compliance of the NEC Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency Must be able to work full-time and overtime if required Physical Requirements Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Benefits We're Proud to Offer Our Employees!
