Spa Sales Specialist / Front Desk Massage Heights | Thornton, CO $17-$20/hr + Commission & Bonus Opportunities Are you great at connecting with people? Massage Heights North Thornton is looking for an experienced Spa Sales Specialist who knows how to create an exceptional guest experience from the first phone call to checkout. We're looking for someone with previous spa, salon, wellness, or similar front desk experience AND experience using appointment booking software. You should be comfortable in a busy environment, confident with sales, highly organized, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. What You'll Do Warmly welcome guests and manage check-in and checkout Answer phones professionally and confidently Manage appointment scheduling, rebooking, calls and texts Accurately maintain guest profiles and account information Educate guests about massage, skincare, memberships and retail products Recommend and sell memberships based on each guest's individual needs Build relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members Address guest questions and concerns and help find solutions Keep the front desk organized and support smooth daily spa operations Work closely with our Massage Therapists and Estheticians to create a seamless guest experience What We're Looking For Previous spa, salon, wellness, or similar front desk experience Previous experience with appointment booking/POS software — Zenoti is a big plus Previous sales and customer service experience Excellent phone and in-person communication skills Warm, confident, personable, and able to genuinely connect with guests Comfortable recommending and selling services and memberships without high-pressure sales Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and proactive — you notice what needs to be done and take initiative Professional when handling guest concerns and sensitive information What We Offer Flexible scheduling Paid training Employee discounts Commission & bonus opportunities Growth opportunities Beautiful wellness environment At Massage Heights, our purpose is to Elevate the Lives of the People We Touch.
