Job Description

Seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with 480-volt industrial electrical systems and be comfortable diagnosing electrical issues using testing equipment and technical documentation.RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, test, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, panels, components, and devices. Assemble and install electrical controls, panels, sensors, relays, breakers, and related components. Perform interlock wiring and electrical connections as required. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify and correct malfunctions. Test electrical systems and continuity using appropriate electrical testing equipment. Troubleshoot EMS systems, smart breakers, relays, and other electrical control systems. Read and interpret blueprints, contract drawings, electrical schematics, work orders, and equipment documentation. Inspect installation sites and determine appropriate materials, equipment, and installation procedures. Follow electrical codes, safety requirements, and established procedures. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.QUALIFICATIONS
Journeyman Electrician experience and/or license as required by applicable state or local regulations is required. Hands-on experience working with 480-volt industrial electrical systems is required. Industrial electrical experience is required. Experience troubleshooting electrical systems using meters and other electrical test equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Experience with electrical controls, panels, breakers, relays, and related equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work safely around energized and industrial electrical equipment.ABOUT OUR COMPANY
